• S.A.C. Capital Advisors, LLC and S.A.C. Capital Management , LLC operate out of Stamford, Connecticut, Boston, Massachusetts and New York City, respectively. Our most diverse divisions covering the broad spectrum of long/short equity, statistical arbitrage, fixed income, international, global macro, credit, commodities, and options.
• Sigma Capital Management, LLC is a New York based division of SAC. Sigma invests principally in US equity and debt securities, and is organized on a sector and asset class basis.
• S.A.C. Global Investors, LLP is an independent London-based investment manager affiliated with SAC. S.A.C. Global Investors invests principally in non-US equity and debt securities.
• CR Intrinsic Investors, LLC operates out of Stamford, Connecticut, and focuses on using primary research to develop investment ideas.
